carb on my sportrak is not right

i own a sportrak it is doing about 130miles to £30 of fuel my carb needs setting up not sure on how to do it is there anyone that can help and i dont have a lead boot as it is never take it past 3000rpm

Suggest going to a carburettor specialist, they will have the necessary expertise and equipment to identify faults, overhaul the carb, and set it up correctly; and to allow for engine wear.
If you are in the Notts/Derbys area, can suggest such an expert who will do it at a reasonable rate.
