HAVE ANY OF YOU UNFOURTNATE PEOPLE EVER DEALT WITH BRONCO 4X4 I ORDERED 4 SETS OF DIAMOND BACK 215/75/15 FOR MY SPORTTRAK AND 4 SETS OF STEEL WHEELS FOR OFF ROADING ON 23 MARCH AFTER PHONING AND GETTING FOBBED OFF FOR 2 WEEKS THEY SAID THEYD UPGRADE ME TO SOME KINGPIN AMAZONS FOR PISSING ME AROUND NEARLY 2 WEEKS LATER NOTHING RING THEM UP ANOTHER LIE THE BLOKE ON THE PHONE TELLS THAT MANY LIES HE DOSENT KNOW WHO HES TOLD WHAT IVE HAD MACHINE BROKEN DOWN YOURE TYRES ARE JUST BEING UNLOADED TO NO DELIVERYS IN TO SHORTAGE OF STEEL WHEELS TO ILL RING YOU BACK IN 20 MINS AFTER HAVING TAKEN MY MONEY 4 WEEKS AGO ITS BAD BUISNESS AND HOW DO THEY GET A WAY WITH IT

Poor Service
Two options are available, contact them and get a refund, do not accept a credit note, or similar. If you ordered on line and paid by credit card, or ordered by telephone, and paid by credit card, the Distance Selling Regulations apply. Do not be fobbed off, tell them you are aware of the Distance selling regulations, and will use them.
Second, contact your local Trading Standards, these will look into the company, and the terms and conditions, both the companies, and the legally required, if they do not comply they will take action.
Personally; i use Cooper tyres, ring up and order, or e-mail them and they will ring you back, next day delivery and far better tyres. Couriers used by them are all reputable, and their service is impecable.

i phoned trading standards on them and they were brilliant! i had an a4 page full of info on different laws and regulations they had broke. they were very interested in bronco4x4 and will follow up the complaints aswell. cant ask for more.

tuesday and still nothing he
tuesday and still nothing he told me wheels would be in tuesday and tyres wednesday some one else i knew rang them and they said no stock till thursday i dont get it ive missed quite a bit of off roading. in the past when ive brought tyres you can get the fuckers in a day with other companies

know exactly what you mean, i ordered a set of the roughrider mt tyres a month ago. every other day after the 3-5 days they were supposed to deliver them in, i was on the phone to them!! nightmare. they always sed that they would arrive on such a day, then they never would!!!!bloody typical! the last time i spoke to 'lloyd' he sed they would arrive on the saturday. on monday i rang him and asked him what his excuse was this week!!!!! he didnt like that! or when i bought trading standards into the equation!!!brilliant
when they finally arrived i wasn't in the least surprised to see they had sent the wrong model!! i got a set of grizzly claws instead saving 120 quid at their expense! but that doesn't change the fact that theyre lying cowboys!! i won't use them again!!EVER!
and i don't know how long they think 20 minutes is, but im still waiting for that call.....

i managed to pick some 3 month old grizly glaws up on wheels last night and got a refund from bronco today so they arent has bad or either im just happy
