i have been looking round for the last couple of days at buying a remote central locking kit for my 1991 daihatsu applause. When i put new speakers in my front doors i noticed a big wiring harness in the door which went to nowhere fast! just wondering if anybody knows wat it is for, is it just for the high end models with power windows and central locking fitted? if so can i use it to fit my new central locking kit? where do the cables lead to?

any help would be appreciated
