Wondered if anyone has installed power steering into a F50?
Started the bolt by bolt strip down and rebuilt of a 1980 F50 and although i plan to keep most things original, i do however plan to make her a little more like an SE spec.
My first thought would be to look at a rocky for donor parts?
Can anyone give me any advice please on the best way to approach it?

The staring box should be no
The staring box should be no problem, as I think an F75 box will bolt straight on (and if not a welder and an agle grinder will make it go). I'd be more woried about the pump end of things. Mounting will be problematic. It might well be easier to put the doner cars 2.8 Terbo in compleat with ancilaries than to try mounting a pump to the exsisting engine. This is basicly the decision I came to when deciding how to fit power stearing to an F20. Put the F80 2 ltr engine in too.
