i am having probs with my 87 LWB fourtrak 2.8td popping out of low box, when it is working hard, i no they have probs with popping out of 2nd gear on the road, but mine is a perm off roader so ive never bn on the road
also i have probs with the power steering coming out of line and cannot get back in, casn ne1 help me pls
There is a sort of fork shape
There is a sort of fork shaped selector type affare in the top of the box that gets worn. You can change it, but apparently a new one is farly expensive. The other answer is a bunggy strap holding the high/low selector in place. Worked for several people I know.
