Certainly cambelt/tensioner.

And while its all torn down that far, I always change the PS/Fanbelts for the sake of a tenner.
Personally speaking, I also tend to change the nuts on the exhaust manifold, and the retaining clips on the hoses and give the hoses themselves a thorough inspection, and also change them if neccesary.
