think i might need to change the front pipe on my exhaust soon, has anyone got any tips on how to jiggle the new pipe into place i donnt have access to a pit but may be able to borrow some ramps,many thanks to any replies...bill

Think the front pipe is fairly straight forward, down through the engine bay? The rear section is the more problematic, though not too bad once you get the cassis jacked up untill the rear axle is hanging from the springs.

Front crossmember

.... taking off the tubular crossmember (about 1" diameter) that supports the middle bash plate helps.

Without wishing to instruct granny in sucking eggs, DONT take off the crossmember under the gearbox, much as you would wish to, because you will end up with a gearbox in your lap !

Agree with Nev, up through the engine bay is the easiest if you cannot get the vehicle off the ground.
