I'm intent on using YRV turbo rear headrests in my YRV Premium, if they fit, so as to improve rearward visibility.
Do any of you YRV Turbo owners live anywhere faintly near Henley on Thames so that I can visit to check headrest compatibility?

Would like to help you out but unfortunately I live up in Cheshire so bit of a journey. As for fitting they are excatly the same fit as the ones you have now in the car. Have you tried the rear headrests in place of the fronts? And vice versa? I will today swap my fronts with the turbo rears and report back.

I have forwarded you an e-mail with some pictures of the front and rear turbo headrests for comparison. The rear headrest prongs are 1 cm wider than the front ones. Hopefully this is the case for the ones in your car.
The rear one pictured here measures 19cm:
