can anybody help, trying to get some touch up paint, for 1999, hijet mpv, states on v5 colour is grey, thats fine, however went to halfords, told yes they have /can make grey metalic paint for 1999 hijet, the sales man came to have a look at van and he said he thought the grey he was going to make up would not match?????, what numbers on the serial plate relate to the paint colour if i know these i may be able to source correct colour,old picture of bones can be see on page 3 of images commercial,,,, cheers people happy motoring

I've just searched the interweb & found 2 codes, they are:-
S21 - Greyish sepia metallic
S23 - Bluish silver metallic
So if either of these codes are on your VIN plate, thats your colour, unless it's been resprayed ??? Smile

If you have a really friendly dealer they can tell you the paint code from your reg. no.
