Head Bolts
For the 3Y engine the manual specifies head bolt tightening in three stages with the final pass at 65 ft/lb for the 14mm bolts and 14 ft/lb for the 12mm bolts. This suggests the bolts are re-usable, as when stretch bolts are used the final pass is always to turn through a number of degrees.
