How do i post a picture of my sportrak onto this site?, Ive tried but it keeps telling me that the file is to big, Am i doing somthing wrong?

Reduce the size of your picture in an your editing programme, like photoshop, paintshop pro etc and retry. If you haven't got an editing programme use the image facility that came with your digital camera and crop the photo.
