Is there any blanking plate available for the bumper lights on a Fourtrak. I am having trouble finding a passenger side bumper light unit and was thinking of blanking both sides and putting back in the higher units. Any suggestions??

lights
They only had them bumpers because of the lights. If it was fitted with the higher lights as standard they had the smaller bumpers.I dont think there was a blanking plate as there was no need for one.
All torque no tr-action
Lights
Good point well made!!! I think (correct me if I'm wrong) that driver & passenger sides are inter-changeable. If that is the case I can get a driver side unit and hey presto, job done. Am i right??
Both sides the same.
Both sides the same.

Not on mine
On my 1992 Fourtrak the units are mirror images of each other with 2 bolts on one end and one on the other. I've just found a drivers side one on eBay which I've bought.
There was some discussion on another thread about the vehicle being illegal without the bumper lights, if they were fitted as standard, due to the higher lights being obscured by the spare wheel with the back door open.

Turn it upside down (I think)
I think you just need to turn it around to fit. Anyone know if thats the case.
Bumper light units
Hi.
left/right interchangable. body pillar units blanked off because they did not/do not meet the legal
EU/UK requirement. But many folk add them as a extra. Many posts on this matter. Note your ISP flag is Irish, I have an ex Southern Ireland ( what ever its called) Fourtrak which came with working bumper lights and rear pillar lights. You may find the wiring harnness is in place for the pillar lights, as said some add the pillar lights as an extra
