Hi,
How often should these be replaced and is it an easy job on a fourtrak 2.8 1998 
Had it 9 years and it's not had one in that time.
Also, looking at makes, there is a big difference in prices ie: miyako £6, fram £15 , japanparts £7 - does it matter which make to use

it is an easy job, 9 years done well, must be lacking power by now, £6-7 is fine, but I would get someone who knows what there doing to do it cos asking this whole question is a bit........

Many thanks. I've changed them on an audi and golf but it was a straight forward case of taking fuel pipes off and re-attaching.
Just wondering - why would it be losing power through not having a filter change
why??
well because a filter collects all the muck in the fuel and restricts the amount of fuel coming out of it lol
