Hi,
My Fourtrak has some nasty rust on the small panel beneath the headlight / grill assembly. Does anyone know how easy it is to replace that panel and, if so, where I can get hold of one?
The rest of the car is clean as a whistle, so it I presume that water accumulates in that one spot.

Assuming you mean the radiato
Assuming you mean the radiator/headlight support panel, they are reasonably easy to replace. About 4 to 6 bolts behind each headlight, plus the 4 for the radiator, the 2 where it mounts to the chassis, and 2 each side behind each turn signal. I think thats about it, if memory serves.
