Hi there Guys, have had a 1988 swb non turbo for 3 yrs now, like it loads,(it replaced a landrover) .Getting soft in my od age and just bought a 1994 Fieldman from a nice guy on ebay.
Drove it home from Middlesborogh to Ireland taking a detour to Edinborogh on the way.
Its a revelation,but now the bad bit- snowed here yesterday and 4wd isnt working.
When you shift the lever into 4H you can feel the gears meshing but no power at front wheels.
Could it be the auto front hubs?
