2.5 DG diesel, help!!!!

Forum:

Im therefore looking for any help locating new piston rings, valve stem seals etc, or even a new engine if it comes to it. Any help would be much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:help:

The F10 was the forerunner to all the F series Daihatsus. My book shows them as being introduced in August 1974. The main difference was they had a 958cc petrol motor. They look very similar to the early 2 stroke 3 cyl LJ50 Suzukis of the same era. And dont I wish I still had one of those.

That's barking. A mate of mine rebuilt one of those LJ50's, 3 pot 500cc, two strok, seperat carb for each pot. Screamed like a wookee on speed. Mad toy. Sounds like an F10 would make a serious trials car!
