Your vehicle is not producing enough voltage, did the "fuel water level" light light up also? mine did when the (poor english!!) "thing that produces electricity" (and huge smiley!!) died. and if the lights go out with higher rpm, it might be the problem..
i know what that is mine did the same thing the brake light is because the brake fulid is low and the battery light is because the alternater belt is loose

I would agree. I think your alternator brushes are just about had it. A decent auto electrician should be able to sell you a new pair of brushes, and fit them, or you can do it yourself if you are a dab hand with a soldering iron. It should take about 3/4 hr to fix.
