mine does that too by reducing lock a little it stops which suggests to me it's the CVs are worn, however from browsing the forums it could be axle windup which happens on none slippery surfaces. Windup breaks things and you need to lift the front wheels off the ground to unload it from what I read. Hope this of some help!
