Hi all. Has any one got a remedy for worn door hinge's (drivers) on a 91 TDX Fourtrak, or similar. Is a repair possible or is it a case of new hinge's,if so any one know where I could get them, apart from main dealers, even if they could obtain them.

milner 4x4 have door hinges for the 4trak they are £24 each!! there phone nuber is 01629 734411 i would ring up they are usally quite helpful

There is some movement in the hinge bolt hols. Slakening the bolts, lifting the door as much as possible, and nip the bolts back up. This may be enough to fix the problem... temporarily.
