i can get inside the van but no ignition key.

Your best bet possibly would
Your best bet possibly would be Daihatsu if you have something with your chassis number, as hopefully they are like most manufactures and keep details of the locks so can issue replacement keys if they not one of the ones with immobiliser built into them. Otherwise it'd be lots of £££
