Get some T-cut on it mate with an electric polisher and it should come up a treat. mine did.
Moral or story- look after your Hijet and it will serve you well.

I wouldn't dare put T-cut on it, let alone an electric polisher, it would take all the paint off. It needs more than that, the paintwork is a mess, I will hopefully sort it during summer (if we get one!)
