on i can tell ya, also being up there thieves look in and can see no radio, No problem with space behind the radio now, you can fit what you like. Materials were:
1/3 sheet of 6mm ply.
1sq metre of cheap cord carpet.
1 can of spray glue and some scraps of timber for the angled sides of radio housing.
1 fine afternoon to have a play with, have to say this was good fun to make and very little cost as well as being very practical.
