That is the Workshop manual even though they call it the Service Manual on that page. I think thats where I downloaded my Workshop Manual from originally and a few other links of sites which have it are mentioned at various places over the site.
The workshop manual covers just the engine for the F300 which means it is handy for the Sportrak (Feroza) and Applause.
