You post is a little vague as doesn't say what manual, where you bought it, etc. Did you order it from this site, buy one from someone in classifieds section as I know from Hijet ones are there at the moment. Or one of the ones on auction sites that claim they are from this site but they aren't.
If you ordered it from this site, pm me the Paypal Transaction ID and I will check when it was ordered and when I put it in the post. Or alternatively reply to the paypal email and it'd go into my email inbox straight away which will be the fastest way to get it to me.

wot can i say .... apart from im a vague kinda guy
but many thanks my manual arrived today. and im finding it very useful. was ordered from this site. back beginning of last week. im just an impatient guy. but thumbs up to you. and people of this site for being helpful in my plight of trying to get my tracky back on the road... woody ... little happy bunny now;-)
