MY car is 4 years old and only done 25000 miles and the exhaust has split at the front box and has also split at the rear split also. Has any one had any luck getting these replaced out of warrenty. It's over 100 mile drive for me to go to the dealer, is it worth my while?

Four to five years is about right for it to start falling apart.
Regards claiming, I think you have no chance with the front pipe but maybe success with the rear.
The Dealership might agree to do the rear for free so long as you pay for the front?
That could still work out quite expensive, it may be cheaper to get a custom stainless steel one made, i will when mine goes.

I got my rear anti roll brackets changed after insisting i speak to the Technical Dept.

Exhaust
Bosal had a front pipe listed for the 1.3 Sirion under development, its the same as the YRV 1.3 inc Turbo.
Bosal Part number - 292-023
OE Daihatsu part number 17410-97441-000
Try your local Bosal dealers or these guys are realy good for mail order
