i have a 92, sportrak and i need to get bolts to apply my bullbar and towbar, where the bullbar attaches there are threaded holes which a normel 10 bolt wont screw in. does anywhere know where i can get the specific bolts from?

Tow bar uses original bolts
Tow bar uses original bolts in bumper mounts, and as for the upper mounts then your best off going to a tow bar/caravan place as they will be able to supply you the correct ones.
As for the bull bar, they Should fix to the bottom legs of the chassis, which are Jap fitment so Euro bolts won`t fit. You could try a Daihatsu dealers, although i drilled the hole out and then welded a large nut to the back, then fixed a bolt through it!! But and easier way would be to drill it out, then just fit a nut and bolt, or drill it out then use a tap and dye set to make a new thread for your bolt.

Also anyone ever fitted one.How do they bolt on?Anyone got the fitting instructions for the tow bar or wiring digram for a caravan for the same car.

They'll be metric fine, if it looks like M10 it will be M10x1.25, the other uncommon size that Daihatsu are fond of is M12x1.5. Try this link for a supplier, I've ordered some myself tonight for some engine mountings.
