Relating to my trouble with the fuel filter light, i have cleaned all switches and the filter. However the light still shows. Any more ideas?

If you drain the water regularly you do not need an indicator, every three months or service should be sufficient, unplug the switch and it will not come on at all.

Er!!!. My truck has not had a working fuel filter indicator in 6 years, ( wires broken off from the plastic connector) I have never worried about it, just drain water off, change the filter every service, they are cheap as chips ,for the job they do !!. Just more reliance on modern technology, just drain as 'assassin' says. ( Electric gizmos = more thing to go wrong and worry about( KISS)

Thx for your ideas, I have just re-drained it and have now removed the switch!
