Hello All,
I have a daihatsu rugger.
It has a 2.8 ltr turbo with intercooler. Does the model number F** stands for the first part of the chassis number. Mine starts with F 76****
Year of manufacture is 1992.
Is Daihatsu Rugger the same as fourtrack or rocky?
Are spare parts the same? Can I order parts for my rugger as if it was a fourtrack or rocky?
I need to order front and rear shock absorbers. They are adjustable from the inside and have a 10 mm bolt at the top
I also need an the aircondidion air compressor.
Any ideas where i can find these?

Yep Rugger=Rocky=Fourtrak! I
Yep Rugger=Rocky=Fourtrak!
I had a rugger before and put parts on from a Fourtrak.
I have a Fourtrak now and all spare parts put on it are from a Rocky!
only difference i can see between a rugger and a rocky is rear lights in body instead of bumper and exterior mirrors are vertical rather than horizontal. Also a lot have lumbar support on seats and adjustable rear seats head rests. Also most Ruggers have auto free wheel hubs. The difference between Rocky and Fourtrak is those mirrors are horizontal as against vertical. Also not many have colour coded wheel arches. There are no rugger/rockys with ABS or airbag as i have seen exist on some Fourtraks. All LWB Ruggers/Rockys have sunroofs while very few Fourtraks seem to have em.
Cosmetic difference really.
Whats In A Name
Same vehicle different names, basically the same with slight cosmetic differences depending upon market, and model specification.
