Most likely the bulb has
Most likely the bulb has just given in. If it were a senser problem then it would most likely be on all the time, and if it were a blown fuse there would be other dash lights out too.

Light oil
In addition to Nev's post, check the wire is onto the oil pressure switch, and it is not broken off the connector, to test the dash light bulb, take the wire off the sensor and earth it. If the light comes on, the bulb is intact and the oil pressure switch is defective.
