Many people do not grease them often enough if they are using the vehicle extensively off road, a simple problem with a simple solution. It creates mud and rust inside the joint which is basically a yolk, cups and needle rollers, the yolk and needle rollers wear and it creates the vibration.
Yours sounds like it is in the early stages so a good greasing may well cure this. Simply grease well until all the old grease is removed, and the new grease emerges from the joint, this meand fresh, uncontaminated grease is in the joint which takes out small amounts of play.
i was thinking last nght as i explained in a previous post,when i changed my front diff oil it was very very thick compared to ep90 you dont think that this vibration is anything to do with that.
i did not feel anything straight away .
ive checked the ujs this mourning and the is play about 3mm on two of them .
im going to try grease first as its easier ive felt the grease nipples on them is there a tool for filling them and any chance of a link to it.
I find a gun with a flexible rather than a fixed tube is easier to locate onto the U/J grease nipples.also use grease cartidges, far cleaner when refilling. Check out your Machine Mart catalog
