I would go for best guess after checking that the rear drums are nice and even in pulling up that you have sticky caliper/seized, they need stripping and cleaning- very easy job

thanks mate ive updated op with which truck i have.
ive just had all four wheels off and wire brushed and greased everything in the wheel areas so perhap a bit of s**t went down there maybe, ill take them off at weekend and clean out and push pistons in and out might as well change that fliud while im at it.

i taken of the right hand
i taken of the right hand side caliper and all seems well
piston goes in and out quite smoothly.
ill look at the left hand side tommorow as i ran out of time today.
i was convinced it was the right or could it be the left.
