Dependes what you are using the car for. If it never goes off road, once a year all round will prob be fine. If you are punishing it severly, then more often. And especially every time you have been playing in deep water (even more important if it was brakish water), greesing afterward will help drive out any water ingress.

I would agree with Nev's comments, except fot the annual greasing for road use; i would suggest doing this quarterly. Grease is displaced by normal movement or brecomes contaminated in use, so i prefer the more often approach.
You cannot have too much fresh grease in, but you can have too little.
