Thanks for your help guys, I have looked in to things a bit more and it seems Daihatsu made free wheeling hubs an optional extra on fourtraks from about 1998 onwards beacause of the expence, but it seems they have no efect on 4wd what so ever, all they seem to do is save a small amont of fuel and a small amont of tire ware! i would be interested in your comments, Many thanks
It could have been one fitted
It could have been one fitted with Toyota drive flanges as standard, or had then retrospectively had them fitted.
