sorry but that makes no sense, it turns over, so its not the starter solonoid or fuse, best guess have you fuel to the injectors? no fuel no bang.

is there a cut off anywhere, fuel is coming out the injectors when i cracked one open

theres a cylindrical relay under a plastic cover bolted to the wing near the battery, that should clunk when you turn the ignition on... is the glow plug light working? if the relay clunks its the heater plugs themselves.
the relay has two thick wires to bolted terminals and two thin wires to a plastic plug... if you take the thick wires off to clean the connections be careful one of them is probably an unswitched live feed from the battery

Measure the voltage on the
Measure the voltage on the glow plug rail, they are either 7 or 7.5 volt plugs fitted.
If you have voltage at the rail then you need new glow plugs as they are worn or defective.
