My fourtrac is having problems starting from cold, it turns over fine but takes ages to fire up like five goes I have checked the glow plugs and the solinde and the box clicks as normal when it's warm it is ok

When its as cold as it is, it often doesnt hurt to heat the glow plugs 2 or 3 times. try this and see what happens

I think you are looking at an engine compression issue now, as long as you have checked the fuel is getting to the injectors at cranking, glow plugs working, but have you tried a wiff of easy start?
