The sportrak front bumper is a strange design with a long horizontal slot cut in it, is this to mount a small winch behind it and allow the cable to go through it?

Think it is puerly cosmetic.
Think it is puerly cosmetic. A winch would need rollers around the gap to stop the cable slising into the bumper.
Any veiws expresed in this thread by me are purely from my own experience, and (sometimes) falible memory. Hope my comments help, but please don't take them as gospel.
