Forum:
It seems to be a cheaper version of the scangauge. Maybe for those who cannot afford the £100+?

There is a link to the manual on the listing, those who have the scangauge - can you maybe give it a look to see if there are some vital specs missing?
Looks okay...but...
A bit steep still for something that only gives MPG and price of fuel. From the description I think is missing the following which the Scangauge 2 has:
- Inlet Air (air going into the engine via the filter)
- Voltage metre to tell you what the battery and alternator are doing when the engine has started
- Rev counter (if you want that sort of thing)
- Speed-o-metre
- Code reader and reset so you know what the error code is if the ECU light comes on
And a few other things I can't remember at the moment.
Also the Scangauge allows for 4 gauges to be displayed at once, where as the one you have posted only shows one reading. As well changing the LED light to match the dash;
Scangauge underneath the Kenwood DVD multimedia system.
ANother one of My Scooby, again underneath the stereo system and lit green to match the dash lights;
Still think the Scanguage is a good investment. Luckily I have one on my other car which has an intelligent Alternator (only charges the battery when it detects a drop in charge whilst driving). With the Scangauge 2 Voltage metre noticed the Alternator wasn't charging the battery and saved me a break down. And also a fire under the bonnet as the live wire was being melted away due to a short from the regulator

I think a few of those you mentioned would be very useful... volts being a major one!
Inlet air temp is also a good one for our turbo cars.
It does however have an engine fault reader and resetter. It is easy to miss on that page, but it is there. Can definitely check errors when engine light appears...
At half the price, might still be worthwhile for some... But I think I will wait to get a better specced one.

Oh and...
Water Temperature. As this useful as you can see how hot the standard YRV Turbo Radiator is pumping out. Especially in Summer
