I had the same problem..its c

I had the same problem..its common on older traks...this is how I rebuilt the inner arches.

I bought several sheets of aluminium mesh (from any car accessory place)and a couple of large tins of body filler.I cut the mesh to size to cover the holes under the arches..and they were bloody big I can tell you. I then used the body filler to cover the mesh. Finally when all dry I painted the whole thing with hammerite...that was 3 years ago and its been fine ever since..ended up being a very nice job even if I do say so myself :)...one thing to watch out for...the seat belt anchor mountings are bolted to the arches..you can see them easily..if the rot is within 30 mm of the mountings you will have to get someone to weld good metal around the mounting or its an instant m.o.t. failure.
Dunno about new panels..you could try Graham Dewhurst under 'parts dealers' at the top of the page..but fitting them ,if you can get them..will be a bit of a job.
