fourtrak dash turbo light

hi i have a daihatsu fourtrak the turbo dash light is not coming on when engine is running even if reved to 3500 rpm the light does come on when i turn the key to the second click but as soon as i start it it will not light up any help would be great

My Trak doesn't have a Turbo light. It sounds like you are describing the timing light for the heater plugs for cold starting?

could be loose connection

could be loose connection somewhere betwwen the turbo, its not getting a signal as it spools up, find a workshop manual to locate all the connections.

Full of ideas but no time to do them!!
