i thought about puting a paice of perspecs between the rad and the rear seat and runing all the pipe work under the floor what do you think good or bad idear?

As long as there is a compleat seal between the rad and the pasenger area, that should be good. You'll also need a fekin big fan, as you'll have no natural ventilation. I'm actually investigating the possibility of mounting the rad horizontaly (to the underside of the bonnet) above the engine. Though my cars a petrol. Not sure the deisel will have enough space there.
