Hi Blaze673 I was working on my 05 Terios a few weeks a go and found that my belts were just not the best showing signs of wear (small cracks) no shame really as they are the original ones and have covered 0ver 36000K odd miles. Time to replace them before they break, my local Daihatsu Dealers not far from me so I called in to get a set, Good job there was a seat sitting at the counter boy I needed it after they told me the Price for 2 belts £80 all in, WHAT A BIG RIP OFF plus they would have to order them in as they don`t carry them in stock I`m not surprised!! at that price. Needless to say I left empty handed. Any how I found a local bearing company that supplies belts of all sizes to the Engineering Industry .
Terios Belt sizes are 1 X 3 PK 640,
1 X 4 PK 1560 (No Air con model) £18 all in for the two and are of top spec brand. The 3 PK640 BELT IS NOT a standard size the nearest being 648 but as there is a little ajustment on the power steering pump this extras 8mm should not matter,if you are stuck for the small belt you will find this belt 3PK 648 is used on the older model Fiesta. It really pays to shop & look around out there now a days. Shugy
