BEST GLOW PLUGS ?

Forum:

Hi Folks. That problem I had with my brake lights staying on..just stopped,so obviously a loose connection somewhere..it comes and goes perioically..so until the next time.........fingers crossed.Going to give the old girl a bit of a service ( filters etc)What are the very best glow plugs available,as I may as well fit the best as its something I wont be doing too often. The ones in are probably the originals..so will have done almost 100k miles.NGK seem as good as any,and having seen a set of 4 on ebay for £29.50 inc postage..seems about as good as it gets.Any comments ?Also...how do you remove the stud things from the roof as I want to have a roofrack made which I want to bolt into these holes? I,m assuming thats what they are designed for Unknw Cheers.Colin

Any of the brand named plugs

Any of the brand named plugs are reasonable quality, and NGK are a good example, avoid the cheap or cut priced aftermarket brands as they often come from Asia and are marketed under many brand names, and are nowhere as good as the premium branded items.
