Ordanance Survey (OS) maps, these contain the various routes in various styles and colours. Being on here doesn't automatically give it right of way status, it merely shows the lane exists and at the time of publication the information was correct.
You can clarify this information by making an appointment with the local council and examining their "definitive map" which shows the true status of any routes, and also check the route is not subject to a temporary or permanent TRO (Traffic Regulation Order) which is used to close a route temporarily or permanently. TRO's are often only temporary to allow a badly damaged route to recover, or for the local authority to make repairs, once you have this information you have the routes legal status and can drive them.
Many local authorities publish data online, Peak District do and you can access their website if you intend to operate in their region, and clarify any TRO's and closed routes, in addition you can E-mail them for any such information.
Strata Florida, an excellent route, but avoid this time of year when its wet as it will be beyond the capabilities of your Terios as it can be very rough with very deep water, and many sections require low range.
