I use my Fourtrak for occasional towing of a caravan. However I want to use it for a little off roading too so want a lift. Will the lift affect how it tows? Will it make it unsafe?

simple answer, is no. so long
simple answer, is no. so long as the lift you do is done right, the only thing you will notice is more roll in the corners, but when towing im sure you drive more carefully.
You will need to get a step plate for the tow hitch to lower it down to suit the caravan though.
Suspension or body lift?
That is assuming the chosen lift is a suspension job. Maybe a body lift would be a good way to maintain the 'trak's towing dynamics. Although I'm not sure about crosswinds and towing, a body lift would of course still increase the height of the vehicle.

Yes it will affect it! to what degree! depends on the lift and suspension! like most things any modification will afffect something else, and like most things a little care when driving will counter it.
Don't think I will bother
Don't think I will bother then. Not planning on going too hard off road so not worth the risk.
