What kind of hubs are these and how should i service them?
Thanks in advance
Fixed Hubs
Hi,
The hubs you are looking at are fixed hubs. Permanently locked.
Not very commom. Guess that can be serviced like any other locks (cleaned and greased).
Not sure what the exact procedure would be.
Here is a link by to locking hub maintenance in the "how it works" section on the site. Hope it helps.

Basically; you dont. They are
Basically; you dont.
They are direct drive hubs as fitted to several world markets and not UK or European models.
One of two things has happened, your vehicle was one imported officially to the UK by Daihatsu which was originally destined for another market, and many of these were imported to the Uk to meet high levels of demand at that period, and the auto hubs were never fitted by the dealer.
Or: someone has imported the parts from what is most likely the Asian or African market vehicles and has converted them, or they have made them and fitted them.
I had a feeling they were
I had a feeling they were straight through hubs but wanted to check first.
At least there is nothing to go wrong with them!!!
Thanks
