I need a replacment drivers side front caliper for my 96 sportrak, have seen recon ones on ebay for £69 anyone know where i could get anything a bit cheaper?
is it worth buying a second hand one, or could i be buying another faulty unit?

You could buy a seal and boot set and recondition your own.
£69 not too bad, I would not
£69 not too bad, I would not waste money on a second-hand unknown unit
A seal kit with a new piston can end up costing £40-50, PLus you then have to do the rebuild work yourself, So £69 isn't too bad in my opinion
