yes im 100% sure its a carb and its brand new .it was on the car wen i brought it, just dont seem to be able to get it to start properly ,wen its running it runs sweet but wen u turn it off it turns over bout 5 times before it fires and then runs alittle lumpy till u rev it then it returns to tick over just under the 1 on the rev counter , ive checked timing and its spot on think maybe automatic choke or card set up wrong , the lady who i brought it off said she had had troble starting it ever since the garage had done the card .
