2004 Charade Gearbox oil Fill and Drain point?

Hi there,

I have recently brought a 2004 Charade 989cc Manual.

Does anyone have a picture of the drain and fill point for the gearbox? I have heard it is quite difficult to get to, so if anyone got and tips or advice that would be great before i start.

have a good look around the lowest point on the gearbox. it is quite a large bolt which plugs the drain point so easy to see. in fact, once you know what it looks like you can see it through the engine bay. good luck!

Yup, they both have the same plug/bolt. Size 24 spanner/socket, in case anyone is looking at this in the future.

It is such a shame the new charade forum is so quite! It's really is a great car for the money you can get them for now!
