Since fitting new plugs and air filter my fourtrak F80 has started misbehaving! Hard to start in the morning and running rough. Is it possible that giving it some TLC has affected the timing?

Try this.
Try check for faulty plugs or incorrect electrode specing. Check whether the high tension leads were moved or it could be that whilst changing the plug, the leads were kinked causing loose connection within the wire. Try checking the resistance for each lead and if you find an open circuit change them accordingly.

I think it could be the plug gap because i didnt bother checking them. The guy in shop said they was already preset but i should have checked! Putting new leads on 2moro aswell so i will let you know how it goes
