There is good news, and bad n

There is good news, and bad news.

Tha bad first, in reality, to change the bulb, you have to pull the entire dash out.

The good news, there is a cheat.

Pull the knobs off the control sliders, then slide a thin metal something, like a screwdriver or steel rule along the top of the heater panel, at each end, and the middle, both top and bottom, to hopefully release the 6 clips that hold the panel into place. Prise the panel off. Its a very small bulb you are talking about. The panel should just push back on when finished.
